Factory Direct means that we have cut out the middle man. Big name retailers double and sometimes triple their mark up on the wholesale cost. By shipping our premium coolers directly from our factories, we save money and are happy to pass that savings directly on to you.

What is "White Glove Delivery"?

We take great pride in our product from creation to delivery. All of our wine coolers and beverage refrigerators are given the additional paid for option for “white glove” delivery service. Just as it suggests, this type of delivery service is the absolute ultimate in service. We, not only, deliver the cooler to you, but we bring it inside, remove any packaging and install it properly in its ideal place in your home or bar. You don’t even have to worry about the clean up. We take care of that too!

How do I place a custom order?

We here at KingsBottle know just how important your wine investment can be. We also understand that there are times when even the most incredible of stock coolers simply just isn’t enough for a collection as loved as yours. We are happy to work with you to create a customized wine cooler to meet every one of your wine storing needs. To place a custom order, please contact us directly either by email (use our contact form) or by phone (800-419-8183).

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number. With the tracking information you receive you will be able to track your package on the carrier website.

What if I am unhappy with my order?

KingsBottle has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and we stand by it. We want to ensure that every single one of our customers is completely satisfied with their order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order your may return it by following the return policy.

What do I do if my order is defective?

We know that a high quality wine cooler, even at our unbelievably affordable prices, is a financial investment. When you make an investment with KingsBottle, we want to make sure we get it right. If any order that you place arrives and is not working or defective in any way, we will fix or replace the item. If you receive a defective product, please follow the return policy and contact us here.

What do I do if my refrigerator is not operating or functioning properly?

If your refrigerator seems to have a cooling issue, please download the appropriate diagnostic sheet, fill it out as completely as possible, email it to our support team (service@kingsbottle.com) for evaluation. If you could take a photo of the controller with the information on the display panel, that will be very helpful as well. And, don't forget to provide us your order number or purchase proof.

How do I stop receiving Emails from you?  

We like to keep in contact with our customers to make sure that they are aware of all of the great deals we have going on. However, we understand the need for privacy. If you would like to opt out of receiving emails from us, simply let us know by requesting to be removed from our mailing list.
